Training and education is key to any business succeeding. FiORi will provide a comprehensive and detailed training schedule to help develop your staffs’ true potential to its fullest. Our training is an ongoing process that is there to be utilized when you need it. Whether new staff, with little or no knowledge, or existing staff needing a refresher, we are there to assist.
TRAINING & SUPPORT
We have a dedicated, purpose built training facility located at FiORi HQ, where all the magic happens.
Your training can include barista basics, technical training, advanced grinder and extraction knowledge, tree to cup, sensory and pallet training, cupping and even mocking up of a complete café.

FiORi, through our technical support partner Supreme Coffee Machines, have a long association with most of the major brands of espresso machinery. Whichever machine you choose, rest assured we can assist with technical support and training.
