Our passionate team is comprised of former café owners and baristas with over 40 years’ experience in the coffee industry and we’re lucky enough to work with cafes and business partners who share the mutual goal to consistently create the perfect coffee.
Our Team
We are entirely Western Australian based, our passionate team are a mix of professionals from various areas of the coffee and café space and we are happy to share our knowledge to add value to our customers. We are proud of our direct sourcing approach which allows us to select some of the best coffees from around the world and also allows us to contribute directly to our farming partners and their communities directly at origin.

FiORi Head Roaster Lindsay Davies joined the business in 2012 after working through Europe and discovering his passion for specialty coffee at Taylor St Baristas. He worked through a number of different oddjobs around the roastery before taking up roasting duties in 2015, after taking a six month sabbatical to travel across Australia to broaden his coffee tastes.
The one with Beard- Operations

Blair
Operations manager Blair Savage is the other familiar face and beard to FiORi customers around WA. Blair moved to Australia from New Zealand in 2011 where he owned his own café, Coffee Culture, in Christchurch. Like Lindsay, Blair has done everything from packing coffee to deliveries to running our everyday operations.

Lachlan Taylor has been in the WA coffee industry for nearly 20 years. He knows the coffee scene like the back of his hand and has owned successful cafes along the way but above all is a super nice guy!
