Good service is so hard to come by but it’s something we take as seriously as our coffee quality. When
things go ‘pear shaped’, as they sometimes do in a café, you’ll find that we respond very quickly to help
you through. Whether you forgot to order something or you’re having problems with your coffee
equipment, we are just a phone call away.

A big part of the service we provide to our clients
is ongoing Barista Training. The way the coffee is
made has an enormous impact on the quality of
the coffee you serve and it’s one of the hardest
areas to control for café operators. We run barista
training at our facility or on site at your premises
and provide ongoing support as new questions
arise.

throw some little gems of knowledge at you to help
you become a coffee star.
