Our espresso machines of choice are the WEGA. We have been using them for over six years now
and been more than happy with them. They make excellent coffee, are very reliable, attractive and easy
to maintain in smooth running order. This is particularly important when you are trying to balance out
maintaining your quality with the need for rapid service on a busy day.

From our experience we strongly recommend that
you carefully consider the importance of a good
grinder. We stock a few different grinders to do
different jobs. We have the WEGA flat blade and
conical burr grinders and the mighty BNZ Conical
if something built like a tank is the only option.
