About Us

Fiori Coffee is an artisan coffee roaster dedicated to the sourcing
and roasting of the most premium coffee available. We support
ethical and sustainable coffees including Certified Organic, Fair
Trade, Rainforest Alliance, Utz Kapeh and Grower Direct coffees.

There are two main coffee varieties grown around the world, Arabica
and Robusta. At Fiori we choose only to use Arabica beans because
we feel that the depth of flavour and aromatic nuances found in
Quality Arabicas are far superior. We also prefer using coffees that
are produced by Single Estates. Estate coffees are not blended with
coffee grown at other plantations, resulting in a flavour profile that
has a unique sense of place.

These specialty coffees are lovingly roasted in small batches to bring
out their unique characteristics, then blended and packed by hand
ready for you to drink. We love what we do and our efforts are fuelled
by our obsession to bring you the ultimate cup of coffee.
